REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing to obtain your certifications with us here at Avionixx Aircraft Solutions. We understand that sometimes life can get in the way of your goals and ambitions. If for any reason you are no longer able to complete your course please see the below guidelines for refund eligibility or contact us with any questions.

Eligibility

All Students are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of their paid invoice or 2 weeks prior to their original scheduled class date, whichever comes first. Additionally, once any student who has attended or completed class is not eligible for refund.

If you are an AFCOOL or ArmyIgnite Student please contact our office for additional process guidelines. No refund will be issued directly to the airmen or soldier using credentialing assistance. Refunds will be issued through AFCOOL or ARMYCOOL.

No Show Policy

Students who are scheduled for class are required to notify Avionixx Aircraft Solution’s 48 hrs prior if they are unable to attend class and need to reschedule. Failure to provide the 48 hr notice will result in ineligibility to receive a refund in the event of a refund request.

AFCOOL Refund Request

In addition to the above criteria students are required to contact AFCOOL stating their request and reasons for refund (Typically students inquiring on AFCOOL funding must use AFVEC messaging to contact their office). Refunds will not be provided without the prior approval of AFCOOL and will only be processed with the following items provided:

Documentation (ex: photo, screenshot) of email communication from AFCOOL showing a refund request has been received and approved.

ARMY Ignite Refund Request

Above refund guidelines do not apply please see below.

Army Ignited is eligible for a refund prior to the class, the student must request Army Ignited to cancel his funding request and for his CA to be reimbursed. Per ArmyCool guidelines, students have 365-days from funded to complete enrolled course. Refunds will only be provided to the ACAPO account with the prior approval of ArmyCOOL.
